Accommodation for students and delegates

Limited accommodation is available for boys and girls in boys’ and girls’ hostel which shall be provided on first come, first served basis. The room charges are Rs. 400 per night (including GST) for students and Rs. 1000 for delegates (including GST) for single or double occupancy.

No meals are included in the room rate.

Meals will be there from 20th Lunch to 22nd March 2025 Lunch at the venue.Breakfast at the place of accommodation will be on payment basis. Any extra meal may be arranged by the participants. Meals are available from morning to late night either at restaurants, canteens and hostels in the campus.
